Privacy Policy — Harvest Hustle: Farm & Raid

Spangler Development ("we", "us") builds Harvest Hustle: Farm & Raid (the "Game"). This policy explains what the Game collects, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum the Game needs to run.
What we collect
You can play without giving us your name, email address, or phone number, and the Game never asks for photos, contacts, or precise location. We never see your payment-card details.
We do collect and store the following to run the Game:

We use no third-party advertising and the Game contains no ads. We do not sell or share your data with data brokers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
How purchases work
In-app purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play (and our purchase-management provider). We never receive or store your credit-card or bank details. Their handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.
Saving your farm with Apple, Google, or Facebook
Signing in is optional; the Game works the same without it. When you sign in, you do it on that company's own sign-in screen, and we never see your password. The Game doesn't include Facebook's or Google's software development kits and doesn't share your gameplay with them. How they handle your sign-in is covered by their own privacy policies.
Where your data lives
Game data is stored on our backend provider, Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL), transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access is restricted to the Game's server functions.
Children's privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). It features simulated-gambling-style mechanics (a prize wheel) and in-app purchases and is intended for a general/teen-and-up audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
- Notifications: turn reminders on or off in the Game (tap your avatar to open Settings) or in your device settings.
- Purchases: manage or request refunds through the App Store or Google Play.
- Deletion: in the Game, tap your avatar to open Settings, then choose Delete my account. This permanently deletes your farm, progress, cards, gameplay activity, and our purchase records, and removes the link to your sign-in account if you saved your farm. You can also email support@spanglerdevelopment.com and we'll do it for you.
- Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access or delete your data. We honor these requests via the contact below.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
